To switch between a Conference Call and a non-Conference Call
- Put the conference on hold by pressing 2 then SEND. The conference can carry on without you
- Make or receive your private call
- Press 2 then SEND to swap between private and Conference Calls
- To release the active call (i.e. the one you are on), press SEND or press 1 then SEND, this will take you back to the conference call
To talk privately to an individual in the conference (Chairman only)
- Press 2 followed by the number of the caller you wish to talk to privately. For example, to talk to caller 5, press 25 then SEND
- Press 2 then SEND to swap between private and Conference Calls
- The conference will have carried on without you and you can rejoin it by pressing 3 and SEND
To drop a specific Conference Call member from the conference
Individuals can release themselves by hanging up or you can remove them as follows:
- Press 1 then the number of the caller you wish to drop. For example, to drop caller 2, press 12. Then press SEND to rejoin the rest of the conference
To finish the Conference Call entirely
The Chairperson is the only one who can end the conference, although individuals can drop out at any time they wish.
