How do I reply to e-mail?

• Check with your cell phone manual on how to reply to an SMS message
• In general you must select reply from the cell phone menu, enter your message using the cell phones keypad and then select send
• Your reply will be sent back to the sender's e-mail box

There is no additional cost to reply to the mail.

How do I forward e-mail to a fax machine?

• An e-mail may be forwarded to any fax machine in the world
• After reading the message on your cell phone, select reply from the menu
• Enter FX, followed by the fax number, e.g. FX01223896969

• Press send
• The first 2000 characters of the message, (approximately one full page), will be forwarded to the designated fax machine
